Description

WPF may be defined as the subsystem developed by Microsoft to leverage the graphical interface. It stands for Windows Presentation Foundation. This could be used while developing the frontend of the application where the interface is supposed to be rich in terms of client-side functionality. It may also be considered as something alternative to Winforms which serves the same purpose of offering the interactive interface to the application. The reason for the introduction of this technology by Microsoft is to ensure that the developers should have enough options to develop an efficient GUI of the application. In addition to that, the application developed using a subsystem is supposed to offer a better user experience in terms of a graphical interface. It plays a vital role in separating the business logic or the server-side coding from the user’s interface.
